At Daily Date, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products, but due to the nature of our items, we have a strict refund policy.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided.


2. Non-Refundable Items
